This includes evaluating borderline cases and associated risks, as well as addressing specific questions about entity-level applicability, activity classification under NIS2, and the implications of our outsourced manufacturing in Taiwan and China. The ideal consultant will have expertise in commercial law, data protection, and cyber security, with knowledge of both England & Wales and European jurisdictions.
