We are seeking an experienced in-house legal adviser with a minimum of two years’ experience in the technology sector and a strong specialism in data protection. As a facial recognition provider operating as a data controller, we require support with administrative tasks related to subscription agreements with new clients. This includes negotiating terms with clients' in-house legal teams, with the option to collaborate with Freeths legal firm, which has drafted the agreements, if needed. The role is part-time, requiring one day per week on an ongoing basis, and can be performed remotely. Professional indemnity insurance is essential, and familiarity with UK jurisdiction is required.
